Filing
Once drafting is complete, we coordinate the filing of your application(s) at patent offices in the US through a Registered US Patent Agent and abroad through Attorneys carefully selected in each jurisdiction. We directly file in Europe and the UK to maximize cost efficiencies to our clients. |

Prosecuting
After filing, the patent offices will search and examine your patent application. At that stage, we help present arguments with the aim of prosecuting your patent application to allowance. |
Maintaining
We docket all deadlines associated with your patent applications and patents, globally, to ensure they are timely met. We manage annuity payments of your patent applications and patents to preserve your intellectual property rights. |
